IF a nuclear attack goes ahead a Russian hypersonic missile defense
system becomes pointless when all Nations surrounding Russia have
multiple nukes pointed at their head.

Putins' under ground shelter is pointless because it's location is
known and will deserve target bombing with maybe a volley of
non-nuclear MOAB designed to destroy such bunkers with high explosive
