The only fuck up I've seen from Scomo thus far his him citing the
unemployment rate as a weekly rate when he meant the daily rate. A
little bit different to Albo not having a clue what the rate actually
was or where unemployment was at, or claiming that in a previous life he
was an economics advisor when he wasn't or that his party's health
policy had been fully costed when it had not.

You know Trev, you make some considerable noise about politicians who
lie, and here is Albo having a fucking good crack at doing precisely
that and you say not one word in protest.

That may be true, and to be honest I don't think Albanese not knowing
the daily dole rate or the unemployment rate off the top of his head is
a big deal in the grand scheme, but for a man who's putting his hand up
for the role of Prime Minister and wants people to trust that he can do
the job competently he *should* know what these figures are, even if
being able to recite them makes no difference to anything *other* than
to avoid being caught out and made to look like an idiot by some
dickhead trying to trap him.

It wasn't a good look, and the thing is that it's opened up a pandora's
box and given the media all the excuse they need to criticise everything
he says.
