There is a Windows version too. The 30 day limit doesn't always apply. For
instance if there is a recent episode of a series you can often persuade
get_iplayer to retrieve the entire series.

Fortunately they did not let me see the probe. However....

Due to anaesthetic risk I was conscious throughout the whole procedure.
The epidural anaesthetic and the length of time that it took to get
feeling back in my lower body and limbs was frightening. The
anaesthetist was having kittens, because I was lying on my back, falling
asleep and stopping breathing.

I did not feel anything until the anaesthetic wore off and then some.

Four weeks later they pulled the stents out, without benefit of
anaesthetic. Took 4 or 5 attempts for each stent. Ouch, Ouch .......
Ouch.

On the other hand the gastric endoscope, now that was big. At least they
did offer me an effective tranquilliser, which was gratefully accepted.
One advantage, my wife did not have to listen to my voice for a couple
of days.

Too also as well, a programme might have dropped out of the thirty-day
catalogue used by trg_vcynlre but may still be available to listen to
- sometimes in perpetuity. A search on the programme ID number will
often find it and then the command --pid= will download it for you.
