I acknowledged that Israel was not completely innocent in the conflict.
However, there is still that incursion by hundreds of Hamas fighters
attacking and killing innocent civilians, taking hostages and then
scurrying back to hide behind women and children.

This is an often made mistake. Netanyahu doesn't represent all Jews.
Israel also doesn't represent all Jews. There are many Jews who are
against what Netanyahu's doing.

An innocent population is taking the pounding. If Israel was only
killing Hamas or even mainly Hamas, I'd say keep going until you've

There are Jews outside of Israel too and many of them have spoken out
against Netanyahu's war. Plus, if there were elections in Israel now,
Netanyahu would lose.

I note that the CBC has started referring to the West Bank and East
Jerusalem as "occupied".
