but one man’s trash is another man’s treasure,
and garbage in means garbage out,
so garbage must define itself, no doubt.

Burning garbage is no solution,
because that causes air pollution,
so we take ours to the local landfill
where it gets buried in a great big hill.

Dismissive? Yes.

Blanket statement? No.

I have yet to read a poem by Kerouac, Bukowski or Ginsberg that I felt to be of any value.

Hyperbolic? No.

A) None of their poetry conforms to my definition of "poetry," and;
B) I am discussing my personal dislike of them, not their cultural or literary significance.

Nincompoopery? A bit... however, I doubt you will be able to present one example from each of their catalogs that will have any impact on my present view of their work.
