I am not making a video about how to do something so simple. It's like asking me to explain why 2+2=4.

ROFL! Remember when Macs couldn't copy and paste files? They insisted on this silly drag and drop! Most people do not have multiple things on display at once, that requires a very large screen or multiple monitors.

I found the exact opposite with every single user I dealt with. Windows was easy to work out, Mac was just too weird. I think I understand the difference in our experiences. Macs sell better in America, where the average IQ is lower. I see Macs as a Mickey Mouse computer, oversimplified. Intelligent adults therefore have difficulty with them. Whereas Americans can't understand Windows.

I have not taught a college class in a few years, and, yes, I have a number of
medical conditions of which there is no cure and they are not of my own
making. No harm in sharing... I have an atypical form of POTS:

The first one I bought had OS X Leopard and I've used every Apple
operating system since then. I had to purchase new hardware, though, to
progress past El Capitan (IIRC)

They handled drag and drop better than Windows. They still do.

There was value to adding copy and paste for files, but it was not that big of
a deal. Things like spring loaded folders made dragging to "deeper" areas not
that hard. I still use that more than I use copy and paste... it is more
visual and I can do it with tabs and the like. But both are fine.

Making things easier is what computers are meant to do. Why make things more

More of your excuses... backing what I say. It is so simple you cannot show or
describe how simple it is. Nope. Don't buy it. Not for a second. It is based
on your feelings, not on evidence.

Classic Mac was pretty amazing for its time, and there are still some things
about the Finder and about Preferences files, how the "recent" items were
handled in the Apple menu, and I am sure some more that I miss. Overall,
though, the modern OS is far past what existed 20 years ago... as one would
figure!

I first considered buying a Mac in 1983 - but bought British instead!
