As usual, he's as far removed from reality with this crap as he is with
any of his other self serving bullshit. Being a teacher is like being a
public servant. One you sign on you have tenure for life, and getting
the sack is virtually unheard of. There have been *many* clueless
fucktards who have had long and "distinguished" careers as teachers
despite them being completely incapable of anything more complicated
than walking around in a grey dust coat telling everyone how good they are.

Trade teaching exists to do little other than give *incompetent* trades
people a career path. Apprentices sure as shit learn nothing from going
to "school", as the overwhelming bulk of their learning is achieved on
the job. In fact, about the only real outcome that stems from
apprentices going to trade school is to highlight just how far behind
the real world the trade school system actually is.

Still, you can't expect anything else if you allow clueless mongs who
have zero understanding of things like brake systems and carburetors to
be doing the "teaching".

For a start Darren, it's not a bit of paper I am referring to. It's
something far more definitive than that. A number of things (objects) to
be precise. But if you want paper based *evidence*, got plenty of that
too. Oh, and just to remind you, I taught at Richmond TAFE College, not
Richmond Tech. The Tech was the secondary school where nuff nuffs like
you went to fill in time until you *aged out of the education system*.

That might have been the case in in the 70s and prior. It certainly
wasn't the case *in Victoria* from the 80s onwards. But how in hell
would you know Darren? You were never a Govt. employee. In the Mid 80s,
TAFE was corporatised. You know what that means Darren? One thing it did
mean was that, when I applied for a teaching position at Richmond TAFE,
it meant I was no longer under the auspices of the Vic. Education
Department. Teachers used to be able to transfer between TAFE and
Secondary. From about 85, that ceased. TAFE was a separate entity.
Teachers could be sacked and I know of 2 at Richmond in motor mechanics.
One was a Kiwi who was incompetent as a teacher and a human, another was
running a business in college time - both were sacked. Another was
retrenched when we were slightly overstaffed. That chap wasn't a team
player so no one missed him. And that was just one department over a 15
year span Darren. So, just to clue you in, virtually no one in the Vic.
Govt. has tenure for life now and this change began in 1980. In fact
pretty much all teaching staff are on *contracts* ranging from one to 5
years. Contracts started, IIRC, in the 90s.

How little you know of the real world of education Darren.

Just keep on proving you never saw the inside of an apprentice class
Darren, you're doing an excellent job of that.

> the job. In fact, about the only real outcome that stems from

Umm, Darren, that's the whole idea of an apprenticeship. Learn the
underpinning theory and practice at TAFE, put that learning into
practice in the workplace. An apprentice only attends 960 hours at TAFE
over 3 years Darren.

> apprentices going to trade school is to highlight just how far behind
> the real world the trade school system actually is.

You really do want to prove you were never an apprentice, don't you
Darren. Your statements above prove beyond a shadow of doubt that you
never experienced *any time at all* in TAFE as an apprentice. I've been
through this before Darren but an apprentice will spend a total of 7680
hours as an apprentice, only 960 of them at TAFE so that's 12.5% of the
total apprenticeship spent at TAFE. Note too, all classes in TAFE are
prac classes where students get to do actual work on vehicle components.
For instance, a student will have to do between 2 and 4 *full*
transmission rebuilds at TAFE, ditto with engines plus a multitude of
other tasks in and around a car. You really don't understand this
apprenticeship caper. If you had studied harder at year 9 - and
completed instead of running away - you might actually been qualified to
enrol as an apprentice and gained some *real experience* as an
apprentice and learnt what it was really all about instead of struggling
along on *hearsay*. You certainly know how to prove you were never much
more than a TA in your entire life. You, a service manager? Hahahahahahah

You have *never* completed an apprenticeship. Absolutely positively 100%

Hmmm. So what this means is that a shipload of "self serving [sic]
bullshit" is about to unload.

And there's the first container! Fraudster is once again Living In The
70's. Loads of Pubes lose their "tenure" now Fraudster. It follows from
having to sign a contract. And how you'd know about the procedures of the
APS is, as usual, a mystery.

A *very* large load of "self serving [sic] bullshit" here. Where/what are
your sources for this bold assertion Fraudster? My guess is that they're in
the cabinet with all your proofs.

Ditto.

What a top bleat! You can absolutely smell his hatred of a system that he
wasn't up to.

Yep. Still has his old dust coat apparently which he puts on to get a
"trade discount" on a pair of wiper refills from Burson. They must piss
themselves at the pathetic old cunt of a thing :)

I don't care what he claims. What I can tell you with certainty is that
he was *never* a "trade teacher" at the Richmond tech campus.

End of story :)

'Fraid that, 'Because I say so' doesn't carry any credibility here when you
blurt it Fraudster. Now if you were to provide some actual evidence of your
claim, well, that'd be different. (Not to mention a certifiable miracle).

Come on then Fraudster. Let's see your evidence.

Having seen Xeno's evidence and having verified it you with your

They can also get the sack. I have seen teachers get the sack.

He doesn't have a clue how the Vic public service works. If he did, he
would know that TAFE split off and corporatised in ~1985. Sunshine Tech,
where I was assigned on completion of training, was still part of the
Vic. Education Department, a public service role and, as such, enabled
transfers between schools. Once TAFE split off, we teachers had to make
a choice. I was in two minds about it but, in 1985 made a decision to go
with TAFE. Since I was in a secondary school, even though I was mostly
teaching apprentices, I could no longer transfer to TAFE and had to
apply for a vacant position at Richmond TAFE. I did just that, and was
successful, starting at Richmond in the 2nd term.
The problem with TAFE teachers being on short term contracts is that
they don't see a career path. One of my friends was an electronics
teacher at Sunshine tech. He didn't know if he was going to get a
contract renewal until a week or two before the start of first term each
year. In about 1990, he saw a good electronics technician job
advertised, applied, was successful and, AFAIAA, is still working there
today.

His proof is where all his proof resides, in his imagination. I know
this to be true because neither the government records nor the archives
at PROV contain *anything at all* with his name on it.

Indeed. Darren has no clue how TAFE Automotive changed in ~1980 and that
culminated in a major change with the introduction of *federal*
competency standards in 2001. We at Richmond played a major role in the
development of those automotive competency standards.

Yep, Darren thinks the system failed him. Truth be told, he failed to
match up with what the system required, the minimum of which was passes
at year 9 as a prerequisite to entry into an apprenticeship with year 10
for technician level apprenticeships like those in aviation. Why do they
have those entry prerequisites? Simple, they know that the apprentice
will be likely to be able to complete the *training*. After all,
apprentice training *builds upon* those year 9/10 passes and extends the
apprentice to the technical equivalent of year 11/12. BTDT.
Darren just hates success mainly because success eluded him his entire
working career. Someone else has to be blamed because, in his tiny
brain, blame simply could not be sheeted home to him.

Yep, that *imagination* hot to trot again.

You can prove that Darren? BTW, you still continue to err with names. I
was at the Gleadell Street Campus of Richmond *TAFE*. Richmond Tech, the
secondary school *you* attended was in Church Street, Richmond.

Just looking through some old stuff and what do I see, a payslip dated
02/02/86 with a location code of 01-7350 (Richmond TAFE) and with my
name on it. This was in the transition period before TAFE colleges had
set up their own payroll departments and our pay was still coming
through the Education Department's payroll system located at Nauru House.

A little more looking and I find a payslip with my name and Richmond
College of TAFE on it dated 27/08/86. By that time the split was
complete, the college had it's own payroll system staffed with in-house
employees.

Another, a letter entitled, "TAFE TEACHING SERVICE, Confirmation of
Teaching Staff Appointment to a Vacant Office in the TAFE Teaching
Service. It goes on to state;
College to which appointment is made: Richmond College of TAFE
Office to which applicant is appointed;
Position: Motor Mechanics
Classification: Teacher
Time Fraction: 1.0

I was given a TAFE Teaching Service Identification Number. That number
indicates I was the 110th appointment to the TAFE Teaching Service in
1985 - it's all in the numbering system.

My Certificate of Registration as a Teacher with the Victorian TAFE
Teaching Service Registration Board was dated 17/02/1988 and my TAFE
registered number reflects that date and that I was the 54th teacher
registered that year.

I suspect that's the real *End of story*, your *bullshit story*.

And, no, you can't be trusted with these papers Darren. Recall what you
said if you got hold of them? You'd spread them all over the internet,
and that's on *record* here in aus.cars.

I love this "enablers" bullshit. Apparently anyone who disagrees with
the "FLC" is automatically a supporter of mine, because apparently these
fuckwits have the mentality of 10 year olds and can't relate to the idea
that people simply think whatever they're saying is complete nonsense.

Just like the comment of Jerky Birko's above. He's 100% sure apparently.
Oddly enough, he was *also* 100% sure that Clasener was right about the
train incident in that it never happened and that I was never there.
He was 100% sure about that *right* up to the point where he was proven
to be conclusively wrong and had to make a grovelling apology.

These fucking idiots apparently *never* learn from their own mistakes.

That's what an *enabler* is Darren. Those enablers support your
*bullshit*. And that's all your claims are; 100% rolled gold bullshit.

Unlike you, Clocky has seen irrefutable proof. He has a very good reason
to be 100% sure. You, on the other hand, don't have a clue, and it shows.

The FLCJC certainly don't!

Nothing astonishes Noddy so much as common sense and plain dealing.

Yep. There is no way you could make those comments had you ever
completed an apprenticeship.

That's an an absolute lie.

I had to do no such thing. Yet *another* lie.

Go on you lying cunt, post proof that you're qualified and I'll give you
the "groveling apology" you're longing for.

I fucking *dare* you.

We know with 100% certainty that Xeno taught where he said he taught
because the proof is irrefutable and can be cross-checked. Noddy posts
photos of cable ties and projects he copied from youtube but nothing
that proves he ever completed an apprenticeship.
If he completed an apprenticeship how can it be that there is no record
of it and he knows *nothing* about the process?

Why does the VACC have no record of his claimed long term membership?
Where is his explanation for that?

His gutless enablers don't dare ask these questions but even they must
wonder why he's so forthcoming with pointless chest-beating crap yet
when it comes to posting the only thing that could restore some
credibility and integrity, IOW verifiable proof that he is qualified,
the keyboard tough guy that has been deriding, attacking, bullying and
false attributing his lies etc to others and demanding proof of claims
of others for decades suddenly develops a glass jaw and runs away,
sniping more lies as he goes.

There is a quote popularly (and probably mistakenly) attributed to
Albert Einstein "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over
and over and expecting different results".

Well you and xeno, and your two gutless enablers have been doing just
that multiple times a day for years now. Even the meanest intellect must
realise that no matter how many times you try, the result will always be
the same. You are achieving nothing other than wrecking the news group.
