Has he ever seen any examples of Noddy's work in person?
Has he ever visited his workshop?
I (a Victorian qualified mechanic with the relevant certificate) can
answer yes to both and the evidence speaks for itself, no doubt that he
is more than competent.
If his answer to both questions is no then there is no way he is in any
position to judge.
