Indeed. My friend here has a Ranger Wildtrak but he has a need for such
a vehicle. Apart from towing his caravan, he uses it for maintenance
operations in the running of his resort. Another friend, service manager
of an automotive business here, also has a Ranger but he uses it to go
extreme bush! With its lift kit, *I* would have trouble climbing up into
that beast. Advice to Darren, don't get a lift kit, ladder will be
required!

Yep, pretty much spot on. Ford customer service is awful at best and
non-existent in a lot of cases and has been that way for decades.

Dont feel bad. Ford arent the only mob to spear their customers in the
back. I had my Nissan serviced once at the stealership, and Never again.
I had to get problems rectified by going to Nissan's head office (was in
Dandenong) because the fucking cocksucking cunts at Brighton Nissan
wouldnt honour the warranty. And the head of the service dept was a
cretin. Ford arent alone here...

Wouldn't matter what it was. They'd whinge about it regardless as their

ROTFL :)

Jeez, for the "Master" that he thinks he is, he's not doing too well,
huh? Doesn't know shit about bluetooth, Canbus speeds or code scanners,
and now despite all his noise he *clearly* has no fucking idea what's
going on in the car market.

I wonder if there's anything he's actually *good* at? I mean, aside from
pretending that the voices in his head are real people :)

Maybe he could ask Toyota owners about having to resort to bringing
about a class action against the company after they flat out refused to
accept liability for their faults?

He probably got charged a buck over the mark for a spark plug 40 years
ago, and that's enough for him to conclude that *every* person who ever
worked at a Ford dealership is a lying, thieving cunt who can't be trusted.

Do you want to tell him that his buddy Clasener worked for a Ford
dealer, or shall I? :)

I don't mind white. It's fairly easy and doesn't date as quickly as
other colours. I would have happily had the Metallic Blue which I think
is the best colour in the range, but for some bizarre reason known only
to Ford it's not available in the Wildtrak range. You can get it on
anything else, just not the Wildtrak which I don't get at all.

Didn't want another black car as it shows the dirt up *way* too easily,
and didn't fancy any of the other colours so white it is.

The shipping companies are hating it, and so is Ford.

Had a good chat with the new car sales manager at the dealership
yesterday, and he said the hold up is costing Ford a motza. They get
charged 220 bucks per car per day while they're on the wharf, and an
extra 500 bucks per car if they need to be cleaned for quarantine
requirements.

They're not happy.

Like I said originally, back in the days when the chrome was plated on

Don't forget to mention that I wasn't in a dealership for long on any
occasion other than at a Holden dealership. I was in the truck division
of a Holden dealership for 18 months compared to 3 months in one Ford
Dealership and 6 months in another. That should tell you something - but
I expect you will distort it, or lie, as you always do.

Nissan has never been on my radar and it appears I'm not alone, the far

Could have told you that Darren. My *experience* in the trade showed me
that black cars are too hot and show up dirt. In fact, I'm sure you were
told that at the time you bought that POS. Sadly, you relied on your
*delusions*, you know, the ones that cause you to think you're a
