possibility that they may. that is just common sense. what you call
cowardice simply translates to the degree of confidence one has that
their belief is true, and the degree of probability that the belief may
be wrong. you may feel confident enough in your belief that some God
does not exist to assert it as truth, and not allow any possibility
you're wrong, but others may not be that confident. in matters of
belief, there's no shame in allowing for the possibility that the belief
is wrong. atheism and agnosticism complimentary. and agnosticism is not
an absolute position. being agnostic about some things, doesn't mean we
are or have to be agnostic about everything.

Maybe that is why so many have

Jesus also taught about those that fall away due to the fact that they were
not grounded, IOW no roots, and due to the desires of fulfilling their
natural desires over their spiritual desires.

Your reshaping of what was said in order to understand with your natural

Unclean animals simple means that they were not suitable as a suitable
sacrifice to God.
Also, most of those animals were unfit to eat when not cooked properly and
could cause sickness and or death when not properly prepared. UnKosher.

The clean animals were also used as a sacrifice to God for thanksgiving for
their deliverance when the flood subsided, as well as some for the cleansing
of their sins. No unclean animal was used for those purposes, ever, by Godly
people.
