So now two official ATT documents which notably do not list the term "light line" is no proof that "light line" is not a common term used by ATT.

We have a method to determine effectiveness/popularity of an
administration's policies out in the real world (as opposed
to promises and theory):

https://www.britannica.com/event/United-States-presidential-election-of-1984

"Reagan won 49 states en route to amassing 525 electoral
votes to Mondale’s 13—one of the biggest landslides in U.S.
election history. "

Perhaps you have a difficult time reading your own citations which showed that time domain reflectometer is a form of using PWM for testing cables. Why would you cite that without actually reading it? Or is it simply that you didn't understand that the pulse width has to be changed for longer and/or more resistive wire?

Unfortunately the term "ballot harvesting" indicates that those were real ballots from real people and not the completely fraudulent sources they are. The Georgia law only states that these people may not gather honest ballots and post them for people. This in fact was the method used to commit election fraud. On election night Trump was the overwhelming clear winner and over the next week ballots started pouring in strangely only for Biden. If these were simply ballots received late via the USPS, there would have been Trump votes among them. Audits in several swing states have shown that entire blocks of Republican votes had disappeared and entire blocks of Democrat votes that had no legal source had been added.

That the Democrats committed election fraud could not be more clearly seen.

Let me get this straight - although I have publicly stated many, many times that I do not have any college and needed none as proven by my positions and advancement in some of the world's leading companies in medical and laboratory instruments, YOU are talking about fake transcripts? Or is that some sort of claim that my graduate degree from the Marine School of Navigation is under question? In which case - what in the hell do I care? It was obtained to race sailboats in blue water and I did.

You are an extremely peculiar duck. The only thing that you've proven is that your own claims could be questioned. I only questioned your claims about what your previous jobs were and it turned out that I misremembered your claims. I think it would be better if you stopped trying to prove me wrong by proving me right.

The series of event leading up to the murder of Jeffrey Epstein were simply too complex to have occurred by accident allowing a suicide. I have a cousin that was a guard at San Quinton and that is also his opinion.

It doesn't say that. Nothing Jeff listed notes PWM as an aspect of cable testing. In fact, nothing, he, I, or you have listed refers to PWM as any aspect of testing cables.

That's your usual failure, not Jeff's.

Changing the pulse width of a TDR pulse is _not_ PWM. You do understand that the M in PWM means 'modulation', right? Changing a static pulse width is not 'modulation'.

If there is one things that truly validates a diploma it surely isn't the knowledge it suggests, but the governor who signed it. This is plainly why no one wants you in any public office ever again.

Astonishing. Millions and millions of allegations across so many states!
So many audits, so many recounts, so many Trumpian attempts to prove and
to prosecute.

Yet so many Republican judges and officials and their hirees (or their
"cyber ninjas") all the way up to his vice president saying, in effect,
"Bullshit."

How could they _all_ have been fooled into thinking Trump lost the
election?

Or is it possible, just possible, that he actually did?

So according to Scharf, the Russian pipeline, the statement by Biden giving Russia the go ahead to invade the Ukraine, the panic'd flight from Afghanistan leaving behind $30 Billion in our most advanced weaponry, tanks, missiles etc. and the destruction of the middle class by the mass printing of money is a success story.

Nothing like reading a Scharf posting to know why the Democrats will lose by such a margin this November that they probably will never recover.

Only an absolute moron with the technical background of a high school drop out that got kicked out of the air force would make such a claim, then stick by it with nothing more than ad hominems for support, and be proud of that behaviour. Your mother must have been incredibly disappointed in how much of an absolute loser you turned out to be, and if she wasn't she was a pretty shitty mother.. The sad thing here, is that you've somehow deluded yourself into actually believing PWM is used for cable testing and 'light lines' = fiber optics.. It's no wonder you were fired from every job you've ever had. You're an absolute idiot with the moral character of a pedophile priest. Either put up, or shut the fuck up.

Anyway, I didn't ask you to design one, I asked for a simple link - just one link - any link - that discusses using PWM in any context for testing cables. Besides that, If your clam was true that PWM is used for cable testing, You wouldn't have to design one, you could simple point to a link showing a test set-up for it.

Changing the pulse width of a TDR signal is a common feature for most TDR testers, but changing the width of a TDR pulse is not PWM, it's changing the width of the TDR pulse - two very different things. The only time you mentioned TDR was to claim that TDR couldn't be used for testing fiber optic cables, and you were wrong about that too.

The PWM tester doesn't give you that information. it only provides a PWM signal. You need an oscilloscope or some other piece of signal analysis equipment to evaluate the signal, or as is the case in that article a Motor Drive Analyzer (MDA), listed under their oscilloscopes.

As usual you cannot bare to have the truth shoved in your face. You are not an Engineer or you could show a LinkedIn page. You have not because you are a liar as always. I NEVER claimed that I was talking about TDR all the time. I was talking about PWM which you know absolutely nothing about or you would be able to see that TDR is ONE case of PWM used to test wiring. But go ahead and pretend differently after I cited a case that explained it.

What's it feel like to flunk out yet again?

And your demonstration proving that you aren't an engineer of any sort and aren't even a technician is shown by the fact that you believe that PWM has to be active and not static. As I said, you modulate the pulse width according to the line length and type. Silly bird, Trix are for Kids.

Is there some reason you believe that you can somehow gain any credit by telling us that judges didn't stop anything when there were so few Republican judges in swing state where the worst cases of election fraud occurred and that judges as a whole are very reluctant to interfere in election results?

With every posting you haters slip further and further from reality. It must be the train wreck of Biden that you find difficulty denying since he demonstrates it so plainly that even the Slime Stream Media has to admit that there is something wrong with him and that he should not be in office.

Yes. That "Sparky" actually got in an argument with me about the
building's wiring - whether it was the white or black wire that was hot.

I could tell other stories, but I'd better stop.

Yeah, stupid, that what I said.

No, you didn't. You've posted nothing that shows PWM is used to test cables, only made claims.

I don't know, you tell us, you're the one that flunked out of high school.

Yes, PWM is strictly a dynamic function. That's the whole point, to _modulate_ the pulse width.

> As I said, you modulate the pulse width according to the line length and type.

No, you change a static setting. This is not modulation.

Are you sure his name wasn't Tom? That behaviour sounds to amazingly similar to be a simple coincidence.

Maybe, maybe not.
There's reasonable doubt and not one case was heard, no
testimony, no evidence. If it were clear, one might expect a

A lot of what I read is paywall and a lot of what I hear is
radio without transcripts. I seek web links for my replies
on RBT and, unlike Mr Liebermann, have never spent an hour
researching links.

One major problem with the Internet is that too much of it is controlled by the likes of Google, Facebook and Twitter who work overtime to "disappear" truth in order to subvert it. I have shown how to get the true numbers of those killed by covid-19. The latest number is 6,622 since February 1, 2020.. And since it is not actually CALLED covid-19 but rather an undefined category, it might not be covid-19 at all but respiratory deaths caused by snorting cocaine. With the present 800% growth in drug addition because of the open borders that isn't very far fetched.

But WHERE have you seen that on the Slime Stream Media? Even the right isn't any better. The left is claiming that we have 814,000+ deaths from covid-19 in order to support mass mailings of election ballots and commit election fraud. The Right is using those same preposterous numbers to claim that Biden has unsuccessfully controlled covid-19. This is proof positive that we absolutely must have short term limits and NO Congressional retirement benefits. Presently it only requires 3 terms in the House or one in the Senate to have full retirement may (which grows much faster than the wages of the Congress) and total paid medical. With benefits like this isn't it plain that you have people spending millions to obtain office?

This is similar to the fact that I said that I WATCHED Fauci on a press conference say that he had made $6 Million off of this pandemic. And since that would have been completely illegal and insider trading it suddenly disappeared off of Google and YouTube. But I did find a reference to it on DuckDuckGo and cited it here.

So as well as proving that you have been a very poor teacher, you have to prove that you don't know how government works and to what ends they will go to try and protect the publics faith in the election process. I have to say, if it came to a contest between you and fat Johnny, I would be hard pressed to chose the most ignorant.

Frank, the argument is that the Golden Gnome actually won the election
but the clever Democrats faked the vote count to cause their man to
win.

AND they did it so cleverly that in 40 some cases where the
Republicans have managed to make a formal complainant to the courts
they have been over ruled as the courts have ruled that they had no
evidence.

So what we have here is the "proven fact" that the Demo's are far,
far, smarter then Repubs and the question then becomes (1) does one
want a "ruler" who is so clever that he can steal votes while the
opposition is standing there watching? Or (2) does one want to be
"ruled" by a bunch that is so stupid as to allow smarter people to
steal votes while they are standing there watching them.

So the real question is should the U.S. be governed by the stupid or
the smart?

At the moment we've got smart rulers while Tommy and his ilk are
forecasting the return of the dummies. Take your pick.

Cheers,

John B.

sticking point... no evidence.
