That 6.5 billion US dollars saved was from a recent report out of the UK
which doesn't even take into account the billions more in additional revenue
from customers that buy the missing EarPods or AirPods and the missing
charging brick from Apple.

I wouldn't be surprised if the revenue gain isn't in the scores of billions.
But I only have seen reported figures for the 6.5 billion US dollars saved.

I do not have to go out an purchase a fast charger because like most
people, fast charging is completely 100% irrelevant to me.

Apple only ever included the fast charger on the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro
Max, before they dropped including chargers at all.

The 5W charger, which had been included on lower-end phones, would have
cost them 25-50¢.

A 20W USB-C PD charger would have cost them $2 at most, but more likely
around $1.

There's another $29 million Apple is estimated to have pocketed from
