There are plenty of places in the world where you can get away with just
about anything, but few people including anti-vaxxers would want to live
under those conditions. If you want to live in a particular society, you
conform to the conditions of that society.

If I have a heart attack I will be most pissed off (or my dependents
will be) if I can't get into the ICU because it's full of anti-vaxxers
gasping for breath.

**Bullshit. Between 10 ~ 15% of pregnancies result in a miscarriage.
Catching COVID-19 will INCREASE that figure. In a properly conducted
medical study of more than 105,000 pregnancies, there was ZERO
statistical increase in miscarriages amongst vaccinated women.

Your niece is an idiot. Her "research" is likely restricted to some
Youtube anti-vaxxer.

Went to the Good Guys in Melton this morning to buy a new TV and was
asked to check in and show my vax status, went to the Post Office in The
Village this afternoon and checked in but wasn't asked about vax status,
most people were wearing masks but one young female customer wasn't and
no one complained.
Was asked to show vax status at a restaurant a couple of weeks ago.
Wife's church is going back to normal services from this Sunday and she
has been told that they have to check the vax status of everyone.

Over 70% of people in ICU because of COVID are unvaccinated.

Very little, I could get a licence in the US for instance, but I'm not
making a fuss about it.

It's within their own power not to be discriminated against, they just
need to get a jab. It's free and easy, and they won't be injected with
nano particles that would enable Bill Gates and the global cabal of
pedophiles to track them.

I find it amusing listening to these clowns refusing to be vaccinated,
yet they mostly comply with the thousands of rules and regulations that
govern our daily lives.
One of my son's employs isn't getting vaccinated "because those cunts
can't tell me what to do" yet he has a drivers license, puts his seat
belt on when in a car, doesn't smoke in the pub etc etc etc, he's just
being a dick because he can.

Its bizarre that seemingly educated people form conclusions about
subjects after getting information from very dodgy sources.
Understandable that many people don't trust various Govt's but if she
wants medical advice why not just ask her doctor, zero reason not to
trust your doctor.

home, Big W and a couple of other places. All required proof of
vaccination, before they allowed entry. I haven't been to Bunnings in
the past few weeks, but I betcha they take it seriously too. The

ask them what REAL restrictions are like. The 1940s, for instance.

Sounds too high, but, obviously, every rat bag conspiracy theorist in
Victoria was there, there was even a guy with a "Vote Trump in 2020"
flag. Obviously he didn't realise that we wasn't in America and that
it's 2021.

In the Sydney rally there was a woman with a placard saying "The blood
of Jesus is my vaccine". Good luck with that, she may get to meet him
sooner than she thinks.

Yep. There is no credible evidence anywhere to suggest that pregnant
women are at any more risk from a Covid vaccination than anyone else.

My sister has lung cancer. A few of her friends suggested that she
shouldn't get vaccinated because it can adversely effect people with
compromised immune systems. She spoke to her Oncologist and he told her
to get some new friends as her old ones were fucking idiots and it was
precisely *because* she had a compromised immune system that she should
get vaccinated as soon as possible.

That's because some people only believe what they *want* to be true.
They're usually the "askhole" type. Ask the same question over and over
until they get the answer they *want* to hear.

> Understandable that many people don't trust various Govt's but if she

It's a perfectly healthy attitude to question what you are being told,
but when all of the world's medical experts tell you the same thing it's
perfectly *unhealthy* to think that they're wrong and you need to seek
advice from someone else.

And that's one of the biggest things in the "anti-vax" movement at the
moment. Not concerns about the vaccine itself, but objecting to being
told what to do.

These very same mind numblingly fucking *stupid* people who live in a
regulated society who comply with it's rules each and every day without
so much as a whimper about doing so....

This has always been the case. The overwhelming majority of
hospitalizations are made up of those who remain unvaccinated, and the
percentage of deaths as a result is even greater.

Absolutely spot on.

Of course, Felix apparently doesn't understand that he *already* lives
in a society where there are rules and regulations that he has to comply
with on a daily basis, and he apparently has no problem with doing that.
Yet for some bizarre reason he objects here.

No one was disadvantaged unnecessarily. You might be too short sighted
to appreciate it, but there was (and still is) and end game here with
the objective being the greater good of the community as a whole.

Not just you.
