Man there was a funny one on an old Johnny Carson show. back then there was this irritating commercial about someone would notice that somebody else has ring around the collar , imagine that , telling someone else that they have a ring around the collar so Johnny Carson did this sketch where he was just minding his own business and somebody came up and said "ring around the collar , ring around the collar "

This fellow was commenting on Jon Benet Ramsey and it's like he didn't have much sympathy for her at all. He was quoted as saying that her parents dressed her up like sleazy tart . I thought that was inappropriate. But then what standards are there to set appropriateness and inappropriateness?

The person who made the comment , I can't come up with his name , was blaming the parents for dressing her up like a tart. the times I've seen her in costume it was sickening, certainly something that should not be allowed.
