Well, that is not what happened. Every venue was denied on
procedural grounds, real or imagined, some flagrant and
pathetic:

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/apr/19/supreme-court-rejects-pennsylvania-2020-election-c/

Note that under our Constitution, State legislatures (not
Governors, nor courts, Clerks or Election Commissions) have
absolute and plenary power over the 'times, places and
manner' for Federal elections[1].

[1]In applying the Bill of Rights to the States, the 14th
Amendment proscribes statutory discrimination, not relevant
to the instant case.

Yes, that's right, no control of spending.

But then again, a very healthy GDP increase if you like a
growing economy, more employment, higher standard of living
and all that:

But isn't that what the Court did? the article quotes says, in part,
"The Supreme Court on Monday said it will not hear a case out of
Pennsylvania related to the 2020 election, a dispute that had lingered
while similar election challenges had already been rejected by the
justices."
and
"The court had previously rejected other cases that had involved the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision to extend the deadline for
mail-in ballots."

Yes, you nailed it.

The PA State Supreme court made extralegal unconstitutional
changes, in violation of existing Statutes, with no
authority whatsoever to do any such thing, just before an
election.

When the Legislature asked for redress, The Supremes punted
with, 'Moot, because the election's over.' Which of course
ignores a very large Constitutional question. That question
remains unaddressed.

Somehow you've lost me as, probably, I can only read posted news
articles, but I read that:

"The Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday to allow Pennsylvania to accept
mail-in ballots received up to three days after Election Day.

The Court’s decision followed a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling
requiring boards of elections to count mail-in ballots postmarked by
Nov. 3 and received by Nov. 6. Following the state court ruling, the
Republican Party of Pennsylvania appealed to the Supreme Court to
overturn the ruling. The Supreme Court declined to take up the
Republican Party's challenge, leaving the original ruling in place,
CNN reported."

But in all honesty I don't understand all the toing and froing about
voting in the U.S. When I was a kid they set up a "voting booth" in
the town and announced that it would be open from A to B o'clock on
voting day and people came and voted. Of course, there weren't any, or
at least I don't remember any, "mail in votes",

But then the U.S. is getting to be a very strange place. the news this
morning has it that
"Mother sues Meta and Snap over tween daughter’s suicide"
An American mother alleges firms are to blame for the suicide of her
11-year-old daughter, who had an ‘extreme addiction’ to social media.

Which seems to say that "if you can't control your kids just blame it
on somebody else".

Then we have the announcement that
"M&M’s makeover: Candy maker revamps mascots with less sexist look"
Some of the changes to the M&M’s characters include making two of them
less stereotypically feminine.

It makes vote fraud seem a very trivial thing (:-)

You make this sound like some grand conspiracy - a conspiracy against
Republicans mounted by judges largely appointed by Republicans. I find
that highly implausible.

There's also the fact that down-ticket Republicans did rather well.
Perhaps they should be removed from office, and their Democrat opponents
should all be instated?

I like it when such measures of prosperity are spread rather evenly
across the income or wealth scale. When a nice-looking average is due to
extreme gains at the top, social problems result.

This guy was arguing forcefully that the white wire was hot. We were
talking about single phase.

About the variations across countries: It's a bit depressing that
countries could not have agreed on this at the beginning. Electricity
emerged in industrial society pretty much all at once. In an ideal
world, I'd think different countries would have settled on the same
colors, voltages, frequencies, plug styles... But no.

I guess I should be pleasantly amazed that half the world's bicycles
don't have their chains on the left side. :-/

Andrew, this isn't the first time there's been election fraud. Judges and especially judges appointed by the Obama regime and even Republican judges unless presented with the most violently obvious fraud, are far more concerned with maintaining the integrity of the election process. Once the electorate loses faith in the election, civil war ensues. This is what Frank wants.. This is why he is willing to say that judges turned down any suggestions that the elections were fraudulent when a blind man could have seen it.

When I voted for the second Obama Presidency, a BUS full of illegal aliens pulled up to the poll and they all got off and got in line. They all had pieces of paper with the names they were suppose to vote under. They had to hold these out to the poll workers because most of these illegals were illiterate. This also meant that they couldn't read the directions on how to vote despite them being in English, Spanish and Chinese. So the poll workers had to call in translators who ended up having to go into the booth and almost hold their hands to vote for Obama only and nothing more on a six page ballot.

This last vote was even more crooked. No longer did they use the vote counting machines. After you filled out the ballot you had to drop them into a suitcase with a slot in the top which was then NOT counted on the site but taken somewhere where they could count only what they wanted to count. This is how Larry Elder was beaten by Gavin Loathsome when Elder had an overwhelming majority in the polls.

More demonstration of your communist bend? Some people want money large amounts of money grow of themselves since these people cannot spend it fast enough to overcome the interest rates on their capital. But the communist in you wants to think that everyone wants to be rich and that you should steal from the rich and give to the poor. Give money to some homeless drug addict living under and overpass because the mental giant in you believes that all should and can be equal.

What you have "proven" is that you are totally unaware of your own citation or you are unable to understand it. Tell you what you pin headed idiot - if you believe this to be such a waste of your time why are you answering them?

The moronic fool that pretends to be an engineer tells us that it was a horrible thing for students to worry about their grades and actually have to study. Only Jeffy Cleffy could come up with that sort of idea.

The war in Vietnam was STARTED by John Kennedy, was greatly expanded by Lyndon Johnson and BOTH of these Democrat Presidents retained the draft to force college students or younger generations into the military and with hundreds dying in Vietnam - FOR WHAT?

Can someone explain why there were no protests during the rein of a Democrats but when Nixon was elected and actually began the process of getting out of there, protests and riots shook campuses and streets? Plainly the Democrat campus workers were the cause of all of this. When you had people in a large crowd of student that were advancing on National Guard members who were NOT trained for crowd control and were being shot at from out of those crowds, to think that they were not going to return fire clearly demonstrates that the Democrat campus organizers had intended this to occur.

Jeff, what is a waste of time around here is your idiotic comments that you fucking know nothing about because you were in your diapers.

This is what Frank wants.
>
>

Tommy, you must live in one of the, if not the most corrupt countries
in the world. You falsely accuse Thailand of having a tyrannical
government while living in a country where not only is voter fraud
wide spread but the courts are corrupt in not enforcing the voting
laws. 40, or more cases of voting fraud brought before the courts and
the court refused to hear them.

How do you stand it?

I have to laugh... I told my wife about Tommy's "fat Johnny" remarks
and she commented, I'm translating here, "that stupid American doesn't
know what he is talking about".

So there you have it Tommy, "put down" by a total stranger, someone
that has never met you, or read you ranting's, and still knows that
you are a fool.

Why, you could add that you your resume... "Even foreign people think
that I'm a fool"
